LLC to preferentially hire, train, and promote qualified Indians living on or near the Crow Indian Reservation as a primary preference and qualified U.S. military veterans as a secondary preference. This obligation will become effective once Big Metal exercises, and the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs approves, a coal mineral lease(s). If Big Metal exercises any leases and BIA provides its approval, Big Metal will work with the Crow Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) to identify qualified candidates.
